You have a 14-calendar-day window to return an item from the date you received it. Please be aware that if you've had the item in your possession for more than 14 days, it is considered used, and we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Returns Process:

  • Do not return an item without obtaining a Returns Authorization Code and the specified return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • We can approve your return based on the following reasons:

    1. Damaged item.
    2. Defective item.
    3. Incorrect item received.
    4. Missing parts/item.
    5. Item not received.

Steps for Returning an Item:

  1. Contact us at Returns Center.
  2. Provide your Order Number, email, and the reason for the return request.
  3. If applicable, attach a picture of the damaged or defective product.
  4. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process your request.

Return Conditions:

  • If your request is approved, return the item to us. Items must be returned complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging with tags and labels attached. Returned items must be in unused/original condition and must not be damaged by the purchaser.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $10, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please note that initial shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable by nature, and no returns will be accepted for them once sold. These items include:

  1. Undergarments (Underwear, Panties, Bra)
  2. Cosmetics and Fragrances
  3. Liquid, Ointment or Cream Products
  4. Edible Items
