Shipping Policy
Delivery Time Calculation:
Delivery Time = 90-minute possible changes window + Processing Time + Shipping Time
When you place an order, we provide a 90-minute window during which you can make changes or cancel your order. After this timeframe, the order proceeds for processing.
Order Processing Time:
All of our orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days)
Once the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a Track-and-Trace code. You can use this code to monitor your package's progress and check the remaining shipping time.
For our US customers, please note that USPS may not update their tracking information until they receive the package on their end. In such cases, please allow approximately one week for the tracking information to update.
Orders with Multiple Items:
In an effort to expedite delivery times, we maintain distribution centers in diverse locations. Consequently, in certain instances, orders comprising multiple items may be dispatched separately. Rest assured, however, that each item will be delivered in accordance with the designated timeline and will be provided with its individual tracking number.
Shipping Address Changes:
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at support@melixta.com. Kindly include your name, order number, and the updated shipping address. Please be aware that once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $35.00 incur a $6.00 shipping fee.
- Orders over $35.00 enjoy free shipping.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods, such as national or international holidays.
