Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations are only accepted within the first 90 minutes after placing an order. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at support@melixta.com.

If you contact us after the 90-minute window has passed, the cancellation will be processed as a return, subject to all applicable fees. Please follow our Return Policies & Procedures, which you can find here.

Order Modification:

Similar to cancellations, order modifications can only be accepted within the initial 90 minutes after placing an order.

It's crucial to ensure that you enter a valid shipping address in the order form. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages or returns resulting from inaccuracies in the shipping address provided during checkout. We recommend double-checking all details before submitting your order. Any errors may lead to non-delivery of the ordered products.
